Where calls start
When a commercial opportunity knocks.
Most of our calls start one of these ways:
- You don’t do commercial, and a client just asked. We take it as a referral.
- It’s commercial, but outside what you know. A referral or a co-broke, your call.
- It’s here, and you’re not. Local boots and market knowledge: a referral, a co-list or a co-broke.
- Your plate is full. We take it from here.
- You’d rather not work this one. Tell us why.
Your client stays yours. The referral is honored, and you hear back at every step.
Our standard
One call.
Not five interviews.
You could call around, compare pitches and guess who actually knows the property type. Or make one call, and we do the interviewing. When discovery points to another advisor as the best fit, we find them and interview them on behalf of the client or agent who needs to move the ball, even when that isn’t us. The client’s interest decides where it goes.
That may be another advisor, a business broker, a site selector, a qualified intermediary for a 1031, a developer, or a specialist in that market. Sourcing the right destination is part of the work.
